Good day, folks! They blocked me literally for no reason, probably because of a big win. Here’s what happened: I usually play on JoyCasino and VAVADA and I’m a VIP everywhere, but a couple of days ago a friend suggested I try this project, said it pays out often and is super convenient and you can even play from your phone via the Telegram messenger. I went to play from my computer and when I tried to register through the messenger it kicked me back to the main page and that was it, so after 3 tries I decided to register using email and password (the standard way, but with that you can’t play through tg, although there’s a banner to link Telegram, but it’s marked “unavailable” – as I understand it TonPlay is a scammy clone of the more popular JetTon, but whatever). Then I made a deposit using USDT ERC20, waited about 5 minutes, thought it wouldn’t arrive, but it did and I went running through the slots. Then I went into “Fruit Invaders” and hit a MaxWin x500 on a 60 RUB bet. I was very happy and tried to withdraw and it told me I hadn’t wagered everything. I contacted support and they told me I still had to wager another $130 of the $450 deposited. I successfully wagered it, requested the withdrawal and after 3 minutes a verification request arrived. I immediately emailed the address listed on the site and after about 3 hours they sent a link for verification. I completed it, about 30 hours passed and they told me my account was blocked as a multi-account, even though I have NEVER in my life logged into their project or even heard of it before. I’m posting here asking for help (this is my very first complaint), since I’m playing with you for the first time and never had accounts before, I have the right to take my honest win. Apparently they’re too stingy to give back the $920 that I honestly won…

Hello! I received an email from Security TonPlay saying there will be a decision about the account within 72 hours, although very recently they wrote that the account was blocked under clause 5.4. I think I’m starting to understand that this was just a mistake and I was blocked by accident, so please look into it as soon as possible and allow me to withdraw my funds, thanks.
