Tonplay Casino: glitch in Big Bass Trophy Catch

Good afternoon. I ran into the following situation on TonPlay.
A bonus dropped in Big Bass Trophy Catch,
it spun 9 spins, reached almost x3, and then on the 10th (last) spin 3 hooks dropped (this is adding fishermen), visually it showed 3 scatters being added to the field, but in fact it added only 1 of the 3 for progressing to the x3 multiplier.
A ticket was created through my personal manager about this problem. After some time a reply came that the round is “legitimate” and the win was calculated correctly, but in the video (attached) everything is clearly visible, and the question was – why wasn’t x3 counted?
I will provide the link to the bonus itself. And I will provide all the data needed.
No official answer from the provider was given, just a written-off reply.

We received an official response from the provider regarding your session in Big Bass Trophy Catch.
According to the investigation:
1. The occurrence of three hooks was confirmed, however under the slot mechanics this does not guarantee the appearance of the “fisherman”.
2. There were not enough symbols on the playfield to award additional free spins.
3. Technical data (screenshots from the provider were received) confirm that the bet and win values in the admin panel are correct.
No faults were found in the slot’s operation.

The hook is supposed to guarantee an extra “fisherman”. In all the (long) time I played the fishermen, it always pulled fishermen, whether there was 1 hook or 2 hooks. But now with 3, it counted only 1.
What and where is it specified that 3 fishermen are not guaranteed to drop? (If the provider said so, it should have been written somewhere, right? Or am I wrong?)
There is no description at all in the game rules about the hook.
I want a bit of clarity on the mechanics.

We understand your wish to figure out the game mechanics.
What we have already done:
Sent a request. We have already sent an official inquiry to the game developer to obtain detailed technical documentation on this mechanic.
Checking the rules. We are asking the provider why the description of how the hooks work is not shown in the slot help.

From my side I would also like, if possible, to see a more technical explanation of the mechanics used to calculate this round – for example the server/game log, and a description of the bonus-feature calculation logic.
Since the round is displayed one way visually but the final calculation looks different, it would be useful to understand the technical side of how such situations are processed and which logic takes priority when determining the result.
I’m also interested to know whether there is separate technical documentation or a more detailed description of the mechanics that isn’t shown in the game’s standard help. In cases like this, the absence of that information can mislead a player about the actual logic used to calculate the bonus round.
Please, when providing information, refer specifically to the version of the rules and mechanics description that was in effect at the time the bonus game took place.
That will make it possible to correctly compare how the round was actually displayed with the calculation logic that applied at that time.

Provider response: please note that the round was played correctly on the part of the casino TonPlay. We see that the user was shown the correct result, and the corresponding request for the win was successfully sent by the casino TonPlay, as expected. The game’s mathematical model, bonus logic and random number generator are configured directly by the provider. The casino does not influence these algorithms.
According to the provider, the hook mechanics do not guarantee that all fishermen will necessarily appear, and these technical nuances of the code are not always described in detail in the user-facing rules menu.

However, I consider the explanation you provided insufficient to fully understand the disputed situation.
In fact, your position essentially boils down to saying that part of the bonus mechanics may not match the visual display and at the same time may not be described in the game’s user rules. At that, no technical data confirming the correctness of the calculation for the specific disputed round was provided.
On my side I requested:
server/game log of the disputed round;
technical data of the bonus-feature calculation;
a description of the logic for handling such events;
information about the version of the mechanic that was in effect at the time of the round.
However, instead of technical information I was given only a general comment that “the mechanic may not be described in the rules”.
Since the disputed situation occurred on your TonPlay platform, I consider the request for technical confirmation of the calculation of the specific round absolutely justified.
At the moment you are asking me to simply accept the discrepancy between the visual display and the actual result without any way to verify the correctness of the round processing by the provider or the platform.
I would like a more specific and technically substantiated answer on this situation, not just a brush-off about EVERYTHING IS FINE FOR US BUT NOT FOR YOU.

Can you explain. Is an additional check being carried out on the provider’s side, or are they looking for the tech docs? ..because it’s been exactly a month now and there has been no response at all…
I don’t know what your response times are for cases like this.

But apparently the days and years have passed, there are issues like this too, (similar in how buggy they look), but there are no decent solutions for cases like that. The usual canned reply. And it looks like I also caught them giving inaccurate information from the provider in that case.
Well, I’ll keep waiting for a decent answer on my case.
And I also read some interesting info about waiting bonuses from the platform where the problem was )

It would be nice to keep getting some nice perks, bonuses for long waits.
