Up-X Casino: They dragged out verification and I lost everything

Hello. I want to bring to public attention a cynical case of manipulation on the part of the Up X platform and get an official explanation from their representatives.
I am 19 years old. Because of life circumstances, I ended up with loan debts. When I hit a huge win on Up X the other day, I was over the moon – I finally saw a real chance to wipe out all my financial problems completely and make my dream come true: buy my first car.
Right after the big win, I submitted a withdrawal request. Instead of paying out, the site administration asked for account verification.
I immediately provided all the required documents. On my side everything was completely clean: the documents are genuine, the photos are clear, there were no rule violations or multi-accounting, and there never were.
However, they deliberately dragged out the document check for more than a week. All that time I tried every day to withdraw the money in any portions possible, through the different available channels and payment systems. Absolutely all of my requests either sat in processing for days or were canceled without explanation. Support kept brushing me off with standard canned replies about “the verification queue” and “problems with payment gateways”.
Because of the artificial hold on my money, support ignoring the situation, and the brutal psychological pressure (when you realize that your salvation from debt is hanging by a thread), my nerves gave out. In the end, the entire amount was lost back on their own platform.
I am absolutely convinced that Up X deliberately did not verify a clean account and blocked withdrawals for more than a week for one purpose – to wait until the player, driven by emotion, dumped the balance.
I demand that Up X representatives publicly review my situation, provide logs of my withdrawal attempts, and compensate me for the deliberate delay in paying out that led to the loss of money.

Clarifications have appeared on the player’s situation:
The problem with the failed verification is that initially the user sent the documents in a non-standard format. Information was provided in the reply message on how the documents need to be submitted
Then the user sent a new document, where the owner is a completely different person. The rules prohibit using third-party documents.
On March 6, the latest request was rejected and no newer ones were received.
