Hello. Yesterday 14.08.2025 I was playing at the casino Vavada. Around 18:00 I noticed a strange thing: with a balance of 45000r the game said I didn’t have enough funds for the bet, I refreshed the page and saw that my balance was 1000r, then 7000r, and so on, then it fell to 30r. I immediately wrote to support and from their replies I understood that someone else had logged into my account in parallel and was buying bonus games with all the money. I verified my passport and they told me to wait. I set up two-factor authentication. I read here that yesterday the same thing happened to a girl, only they canceled the withdrawal and lost the funds. I really want to see them back in my balance.
