Yesterday I saw in chats that they dropped a promo code for 10 thousand rubles, I activated it and decided to play later, and now I log into my account and see a block. I write to support, they ask me to DELETE THE BONUS MYSELF and only then will they unblock the account, or rather they will unblock the account if I delete the bonus myself like they will unblock the account.
