They blocked me on Vavada, because of their own mistake! I started doing a top-up deposit of 7k, then they were credited to me and I see that nothing was deducted, I happily withdrew them. So it’s their mistake, meaning a site error. Then the next day I made a top-up deposit of 4k and won 7k, then put them on withdrawal. Then I wait for them, and I get blocked, for their reason again, meaning I didn’t get the 7k. I wasted my time just playing for nothing, I spent my health. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE??? I CAN JUST NOW UPLOAD TO MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL OR TIKTOK, WITH A TITLE THAT VAVADA MAKES MISTAKES AND TAKES IT OUT ON ITS USERS

According to information from the payment system, the deposit from January 8 in the amount of 7,000 rubles was not actually paid, so these funds did not belong to you, and the amount had to be withheld from the current withdrawal (hence the account block).
Nevertheless, we understand that the error was not your fault, and we accommodated you. We withheld half of that withdrawal, the rest was sent to your card. The remaining 50% will be withheld from subsequent withdrawals (until the full amount has been recovered). At the moment, the account has already been unblocked, you can play on it.
