I officially state: the site
demonstratively ignores my requests for a voluntary account lock due to gambling addiction (ludomania).
I have already contacted them twice – first by email, as was recommended. No reply came. I admit the message may have gone to spam, so I wrote again in the chat. Messages were read, but there was no reaction, just silent ignoring. This is outright negligence and a violation of ethical standards.
It was previously said that the lock could take up to 7 days. That period passed long ago, yet the account is still active. I laid out all the grounds for the lock clearly and directly. Moreover – it is
my right, requiring immediate implementation without unnecessary bureaucracy and delays.
The site Vega is deliberately not responding to requests to limit access to gambling<, and such behavior looks like an attempt to continue profiting from users' addiction, despite direct pleas for help.
Only the complaint author, casino representative, or 4LUCK administration can view images attached to the complaint.
I share your indignation.
The project administration has already been informed repeatedly that such behavior regarding requests concerning addiction is unacceptable.
