VodkaBet Casino: Please refund the fee for the returned payout

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the casino «Vodka». I’ll clarify in advance: I use the crypto wallet PsWallet – very convenient because I received crypto and cashed out fiat without extra problems, the wallet is trusted.

I was playing and decided to withdraw $63. I request the payout – it leaves “Vodka”, arrives at the wallet, but with one hitch: the payment was blocked because the sender of the coins had a scam tag on the wallet. And that means the casino “Vodka” can send money from stolen wallets and doesn’t manage this issue.

I contacted support. They told me: “Return the coins, and we will put them back on the balance.” But to return them you have to pay a transfer fee – $15. I withdraw another $20 (they arrived already from a normal wallet), pay the fee, send a screenshot that the coins are pending send. And after a couple of minutes they were returned to the sender.

I thought: since the $20 arrived fine, maybe it was just a fluke. I request another withdrawal for $123 – $120 arrives (the network took $3 fee), and again from a wallet with a scam tag.

I write to them again – they tell me to wait. In the end, while I was away, those $63 were returned to me and they said: “Return the $120 the same way, and we will credit you.” I replied: since it’s your fault, refund me the money I paid as the fee. To which they say they are not at fault and won’t refund, they said: “Wait 24 hours and we will credit.”

But here’s the hitch: they have had the money for a long time – more than 72 hours have passed, no money, just stringing me along with promises.
