Good afternoon. Since 3.02 two deposit withdrawals have been placed. So far the money still hasn’t been paid out. I can’t resolve it through support, I get standard replies. Either technical difficulties, or specialists are handling your withdrawal. The withdrawal is still stuck “processing”, I can cancel it at any time, which means the casino hasn’t even forwarded it to the payment system for payout. Please help resolve the issue
