Hello respected judges, on November 19, 2020 at this establishment I asked to have my account blocked due to gambling addiction, and was refused. The casino was also warned that if the account was not blocked I would demand a refund of the deposits, but there was no response. After that conversation I made another 4 deposits totaling 2,500 rubles. I believe the casino is obliged to block a player’s account immediately due to addiction, and if it does not do so to return the amount of the deposits made since the request to block the account. I ask you to take enforcement measures.
