So, my relationship with VulkanStars has been going on for quite a while: I registered on February 16. I started playing only because they have tournaments, otherwise it’s pretty unremarkable.
I quickly got the top status, later they even gave me VIP status. I also talked a lot with the manager who contacted me on Skype. I took bonuses through him when deposits were pretty decent (from 300-500 ue at a time). There was a break of a couple months and I decided to play again because they added new tournaments. Through the manager I made a deposit of 310 ue, got a bonus, and started playing. Then I put in another 200 ue and continued. I got lucky – I immediately took first place in a tournament and received 22,500 points for it (8 points = 1 ue with a wager of 20). And I kept playing. Got a bit more lucky – and the balance became 1,100 ue. They cashed out somewhere between 600-800 ue, I lost 300 ue in tournaments.
After that I just started converting points and playing slots, while continuing to play tournaments in parallel, since there were already many of them and almost half the casino was “participating in some tournament or other”.
Then I got lucky again with a big bet of 15 ue and hit a combo for 2,800 ue. Of which over 3 weeks they paid out only 200 ue, I lost about 700 ue playing tournaments, and 1,950 ue remained on the account.
After three weeks of payout delays I get messages from the manager that my account is blocked:
they will return your last deposits and then ban you, due to abuse of the casino’s bonus policy. well, I talked a lot about this, but they made that decision, so that’s that, and here I definitely can’t help any more.
As a result, so far they’ve paid out 200 ue, they said they will pay out 310 ue later. The pending amount left is 1,440 ue + 66,000 points. 66,000 points = 8,250 ue with a wager of 20 or roughly 3,300 ue in real money.

forgot to add more info: the manager claimed there wouldn’t be a ban if I continued playing in the tournaments. However after that incident he immediately started talking like: there are people, who are higher than me in position and they make decisions for me too. That’s such a simple excuse… that is, promise things on behalf of management, and then say that apparently someone higher up there decides everything for him (
