VulkanStavka Club verification problems
Complaint from surgeon133 to VulkanStavka Club dated 12/21/20
I provided all the data, myself with the passport, passport, I used the card back in 2017 which no longer exists, they requested it, I ran to Sberbank, provided them with statements for the long-dead card as they asked. Now they demand that I send a screenshot of the YooMoney wallet where there is information about passport data, full name, date of birth, but there is no such page! I called YooMoney support (Yandex.Money) and they also told me that such a page does not exist, and I can only send a screenshot showing the wallet number, that the status is identified (of course by my passport), email and phone! But they insist that such a page exists (they probably know this better than YooMoney support). This has been going on for 5 days, the money should have been withdrawn 2 days ago – 6000 rubles, not a huge amount, but they still don’t want to do it, because new special verification tasks keep appearing!!!
