Hello. I want you to help me solve a problem: this casino refuses to credit me a 25 USDT bonus for completing verification. I received an email (I’ll provide a screenshot) that says the KYC (verification) bonus is 25 USDT, with wagering. But the thing is I already completed this verification earlier and did not receive this bonus, and this email says that my account is not verified, even though they clearly knew that this profile was already verified and I wrote to support (I’ll provide that screenshot too), but they refuse to credit it to me.

Secondly this bonus brought me (out of 40 free spins ~$3), and the bonus you originally offered me was $25.
Please be kind enough to credit that bonus and let me play it with the same funds, as was originally stated!

@vyacheslavlenin I didn’t know about that bonus, that it was credited for that – they always credit bonuses of that kind, so I thought they’d credited it again. Secondly, it should have said “bonus for such-and-such request”, but there was nothing like that anywhere. Please review that bonus – and if I’d won something from it then it would be a different matter, but the bonus gave nothing!

@WEISSCASINO1, I never said I didn’t receive the notification, I said it arrived, but it just didn’t state that these were free spins upon request (screenshot attached), if you had indicated that they were upon request, of course I wouldn’t have touched those free spins, knowing they would give nothing. Again, this is your mistake! RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF PROVIDING $25
