Zenit Casino: 7,100 RUB disappeared from my balance

Hello, in December 2024 I was placing bets, then they put me into verification, they returned a bet of 7,100 as a refund, I requested that same amount for withdrawal, but it was rejected and I kind of gave up on them because they require a named bank card for verification, and I don’t have one. Now I log in and see that the balance no longer shows that amount, I write to support, and they answer that supposedly on that same day (the last one, 14.12.2024), I allegedly placed bets in their casino (which isn’t a casino, but that Vulkan scripted crap). Of course I said that they’re mixing things up, since I would never have bet in that swamp, and the betting history of course isn’t in the casino section, so I conclude that they cheated me, zeroed out the balance, and told me I did something in that casino. No, if of course they provide proof that it was indeed me who placed bets in that circus at that time, then fine, I’ll take my words back, but otherwise something needs to be done about these fantasists
