The casino did not credit my deposit my account ID 498227 transaction number 507671714756667
Good evening, yesterday 3.05.24 I decided to make a deposit at the Zooma casino, chose top-up via SBP, transfer amount 4997. I transferred this amount to the details given to me by their payment system, after waiting some time the deposit was not credited to the balance, so I wrote to tech support. They filed a request with the payment system and said to wait within 2 hours for a response. After waiting 12 hours I wrote to support again. And what do you think they replied to me? The payment system could not find my payment. I sent them all the receipts and screenshots!!
