Zooma Casino: deposited less than required and 5 TON not returned
Complaint from eugenius to Zooma Casino dated 10/11/23
I sent 4.6 TON instead of 5 TON (the minimum top-up), the project refuses to return the money, claiming the payment system doesn’t approve such requests, and there wasn’t even an attempt to refund. I sent the money, so why did it disappear? I sent it to the casino and I can see it’s in their wallet! At the same time the deposits section doesn’t say that in such cases the deposit won’t be credited. My account is in the red by 120k rubles, and this situation is hard to sort out.
