I’ll start with how I found out about the casino “Zuma”: I saw a streamer playing the casino on YouTube, went in, started checking out what kind of casino it was, and then the streamer does a giveaway – I won 1000 rubles which were credited to my account as a transfer. I went to the casino, since I hadn’t played there before, deposited 50 rubles to be able to withdraw. While I was rolling it up to a clean 1000, I climbed to 3400, set 3000 to withdraw and they paid that out to me. I decided to lose the 400 rubles, and then I started hitting big. While waiting for the next withdrawal, since I thought it was a reliable casino, I kept playing and won 180,000 rubles. In the morning they adjusted my balance to 0 rubles. I immediately started writing to support on VK, they told me that I was supposed to withdraw the 1000 rubles, but that is not stated in their rules on the site, and is supposedly regulated between the casino and the streamer by agreement – that the streamer always has to say this on stream, but he definitely didn’t say it when I won. If the streamer had said that, I wouldn’t have played, knowing about the block. They also say that my minimum deposit couldn’t have affected the outcome of the win, which makes no sense – the deposit existed, even if it was the minimum 50 rubles. After that I wrote to the streamer, he read my 6 messages and never replied once; I also tried to get through on the stream, saying it wasn’t my fault and I didn’t know anything about it, but I got complete ignore in response. Please help me – I’ve never been scammed like this, I won honestly, I hope justice will prevail

And besides, they even paid out 3000 to me without any problems and didn’t correct it to 0, so I naturally understood that the casino is honest and you can continue playing! I’m not guilty of anything here – I honestly won my money and didn’t see any rule violations on the site and didn’t know they had some kind of arrangement between themselves! I hope for a positive response from the casino!

Hello, I’m very sorry this happened. We always ask streamers to remind viewers of the rules before each giveaway. Also this information is included in the status rules. If you want to play, you need to cash out the received bonus and then make a new deposit.

You cashed out 3000 instead of 1000 most likely because your auto-withdraw triggered without admin verification.
In any case, the situation is unpleasant, and I will request the stream recording for a more detailed review and get back to you with an answer.

He didn’t say 100% that time. After that I started following your streamer and he would mention the ban on playing every other time. He’s not a robot either, apparently! Please, try to be understanding – of course I wouldn’t have played. Imagine how happy I was to win that amount, especially since you withdrew the funds; I was sure you were a reliable casino!!! Besides, the withdrawal of 3000 was processed and approved! Be human first of all, especially on a holiday like today. I hope that Zooma Casino will meet the players halfway! “Christ is risen!”

Hello, I looked into this situation in more detail. I am the project’s advertising manager; I run interactive events with cash prizes every day with streamers who play at our casino. This time, the streamer MaksOne received 10,000 rubles to giveaway to his referrals; the money was credited to the casino balance during a live stream. The money we give away is bonus currency and, by the rules, must immediately be wagered for payout – the streamer warns about this in advance, and most of our players know it. We do not require wagering of funds that players receive from giveaways; the player is entitled to make a minimum deposit in the casino and request a withdrawal. As for why they paid out 3000, you were told above – we operate according to the rules; the maximum withdrawal from bonuses is stated in the Statuses and Limits tab. Unfortunately, we can’t help any further.

Dear representative. In this case the transferred funds cannot be considered a bonus. There is no wager or any kind of playthrough on these funds. You don’t have clear, written rules stating that transfers of funds from a player and to a player are also considered bonus funds. In any other projects with a money transfer feature this is ordinary real money which the player can do whatever they want with.
You must have clear written rules regarding such transfers. And a streamer’s words are not rules either.

You should have adjusted the balance right away if you have some shady shit going on!!! And after you approved the withdrawal and there was no correction, of course I kept playing because I thought you were an honest casino and let people withdraw. If you had corrected the money immediately like you should have, then it’s your fault or whoever is watching over this!
