It all depends on the reason you’re contacting them. If your balance is empty, forget about that casino, but if you can’t withdraw your winnings, look for additional info about that casino on the forums. Maybe they’re scammers and still won’t pay. And if it’s a relatively decent licensed place, file a complaint here or on other niche resources. Maybe arbitration representatives can get through to the casino managers.

If you were rude yourself – then it’s pretty justified. Support staff are people too, after all. They shouldn’t ban you without reason if the casino is at least halfway decent. But if it’s some dump, forget it and don’t go back. And actually this forum is the best place for these questions, since the complaints section really helps players resolve issues. In top casinos if they block you in chat for some rudeness, they’ll always reply by email. What kind of casino is it anyway?)

If it’s not a “shady” (unlicensed) casino and the deposit amount isn’t critical for you and you didn’t break the rules – just drop that casino. You’ll save yourself time and nerves. But for fellow players it would be good to state the name of the casino whose support “screws over” a player, so others don’t step on the same rake…)

Casino support are real people, so if a player had inappropriate questions or suggestions they can block the chat permanently, there have been cases where they also blocked the casino account and not only for multi-accounting.

There are such cases.Maybe the operator chat is busy,try writing them at their email,if that didn’t help.Then it means the casino doesn’t treat its players properly.It turns out it’s either a script or you answered rudely in the chat and got blocked.

The only way to submit complaints is on themed forums similar to ours. And if there is a representative of that casino on a particular resource, he should react to such a complaint

Maybe another scam project, with a dead chat, or you messed up, were rude to them, etc.,and they banned you. What to do? If you really want an answer, try writing them an email. If money is stuck, then file a complaint on the forum.

If the casino support doesn’t get back to you for a long time and it’s a serious matter, you should file a complaint here on the forum.

If there’s a casino representative, they’ll reply and sort out what the problem is.

Of course, if you behaved rudely with the casino staff before and that’s why they blocked your chat, then most likely they won’t unblock it for you.

If the casino support is ignoring you, the first thing you need to do is file a complaint on this site – that way the arbitrator will contact the casino support themselves and will handle your issue. Even if you were blocked in the chat, they should at least have replied to your email! Also, some casinos have days off, and you need to find that information yourself.
