If you keep breaking the rules, the points will keep accumulating up to a certain amount, all the way to a full account ban, or permanent pre-moderation, as well as disabling some site features, such as converting profile points and banning purchases in the shop.

Yes, it’s really a shame, but points received for warnings are never removed:((( They only get added. Once you reach a certain number, some actions get disabled: withdrawing cash, leaving likes, and stuff like that….. And at the very end of this “path” is an account block:(((
