Unfortunately, bugs in casinos sometimes happen, and we, the players, suffer from such situations. But mostly, after the provider’s review and the complaints filed, players are reimbursed for all uncredited funds. While you wait for a response from the provider, you can also post a complaint here and on other sites to bring the situation to light. That, it seems, is all you can do. They sent me screenshots showing a win of 13000 instead of 107 000, I don’t know how that can be, not a word about 107 000, they prove that they credited 13000 and that’s it, a game glitch happened after the epic win of 107 000 appeared, the game ended even though I hadn’t even finished playing my bonus, the game just stopped

Of course it’s sad, but unfortunately these things happen… When the joy of a big win is overshadowed by an amount credited that’s almost an order of magnitude off. I always try to record video when I play for real money, but the final word on paying out a “fat” win is up to the provider.
And to be sure you weren’t “ripped off” with your win, it would be good to file a complaint through our resource, backing it up with screenshots of the win. Our manager will definitely help sort out this delicate situation. Good luck to us all!

Always! Always play from a PC or laptop and write! Write everything and record all your actions on video! Everything! Expect it’s just a bug – nobody cheated you out of the win. While a response hasn’t arrived yet, you can wait a bit. Different things happen in casinos: a bet might not show up or the slot might not spin at all. I think it’s unlikely the casino would commit fraud over $1,500.

Maybe some kind of error happened in the slot – don’t just leave it like that. File a complaint against them, attach all the proofs and describe everything. Good luck getting it resolved!)

Haven’t received an answer ? It’s a really intriguing moment . If it really is a provider error and you had a different large sum in your account , then they’ll credit it .

Yeah those bugs have indeed become more frequent now,there were a few such moments this year,where players won huge sums,and they were just kicked out of the game,or the game froze.In such cases everyone says the same thing,we’ll write to the provider and in the end they say we can’t return your winnings.

And to be sure that you weren’t “stiffed” out of a win, it’s good to file a complaint through our site, backing it up with winning screenshots. Our manager will definitely help sort out this awkward situation.

Yeah, maybe it really is a bug, but that’s not your problem anymore. Of course people here advise (I’ve already read) that you should’ve played only from a PC and recorded everything on video, but who, honestly, records their casino sessions on video?? Evidence would be great, of course, but nobody does that.
Well, getting back to the issue, you need to provide screenshots and file complaints left and right against that crappy casino, the provider, keep writing to support and take screenshots of the correspondence. Also leave a complaint on this site, I don’t think it can make things any worse.
I hope they pay you the money
