It disappointed me, that place, completely. They removed fast withdrawals to Piastra, now you have to wait 12+ hours for a withdrawal. But that’s not even the point – the other day I had to change my phone number because the old one was disconnected. After that they immediately disabled all bonuses, and even accused me of some violation of the user agreement and fraud… extremely unpleasant feelings after such empty, baseless accusations, I immediately lost the desire to play here with that kind of attitude.

Agree, same story here. But they brush off regular players, removing them from promos and bonuses. This casino used to be my top choice, but after the way they treat regular players over time, I’ve changed my mind.

It seems to me they consider each person individually: for some people they cancel instant withdrawals, for others the bonuses, for others they close certain games for bonus funds! I could be wrong of course, but the impression is there!

I’m curious whether they closed the bonus-fund loopholes only for me or for others too! In the games chance machine 20, chance machine 40. I probably cleared them about 10 times, almost back-to-back, and withdrew, not much, about 10-20k each time, from a 2,000 rubles deposit…

Pinco b**tards, for a deposit of 2,000 RUB you get 100 spins, and for 2,500 RUB 100% match, meaning the 100 spins should be 20 RUB each and it always was! But here I took that bonus for 2,000, the spins were 10 RUB, and in the end they credited 770 RUB. Considering the max is x10, it’s not even worth it! So be careful! I’ll try to contact support!

How the hell did you screw up the bonus, replacing the slots, even though I picked the ones that were in the quiz description, I deposited and they didn’t appear (I wrote to TA they gave me spins but totally different, crappy ones, they really pissed me off)

Yesterday in the quiz the spins were also 10 rubles, last week they were 50 rubles.
