The site offers a lot of bonuses, almost every day make a deposit and get a bonus.

I played here exclusively for the bonuses, but after the last withdrawal they disabled bonuses.

It would be one thing if they were no-deposit bonuses, you could understand that. But when you take deposit bonuses, win with them, you immediately become inconvenient and they disable the bonuses.

As long as the player is losing, get the bonuses.

Is it worth filing a complaint about this issue?

Yes, yes bro, a lot of them actually do this, everyone just has their own limit, their “red line”:)))) everyone for themselves! I wrote about their bonuses like 2-3 months ago, I had about 10 withdrawals there, got fed up with them! Although it was all my doing and patience, I often cashed out, yeah, exactly on the bonus, on the last bits! They apparently crunched the numbers, saw that 70%, if not more, of withdrawals were thanks to their bonus, otherwise they would have lost! And realized, guys, without this non-sticky bonus, people would lose more often!!!

Their reputation wasn’t great to begin with!

The funny thing is they gave me bonuses for every screw-up of theirs without my knowledge. And they messed up a lot, I probably filed more than half of my complaints against them.

Sometimes I’d make clean deposits and a bonus would be added to my account.

Just recently I filed a complaint where they couldn’t withdraw $850 to crypto for 2 days. The operator also apologized and tried to push a 100% deposit bonus.

I wanted to deposit for the weekend bonus and found out they’d disabled bonuses.

It turns out all their “loyalty” is just inflated and as soon as you win, they’ll turn off your bonuses. While you’re losing, everything’s fine.

I get that bonuses are designed to lure deposits, but be decent and offer them all the way, even if the player is in the black.

What will they achieve with this? That I’ll stop depositing here at all. With bonuses at least there’d be a chance I’d lose it back.

Last time I made a 2000 deposit for the weekend and got spins at 10 RUB, this time I decided to ask in the chat! I asked, of course it’s 20 RUB, made the deposit and what do you think…….!!!! Of course 10 RUB! And I’m not stupid, I took a screenshot and threw it in their face!!!
