Complaint from yatsik13 to Betmaster Casino dated 7/1/19
Hello! I’ve been betting for over ten years, but I’ve never encountered such brazen theft of money by a bookie. About a month ago I registered somewhere with the bookie Betmaster because on one well-known site they have a very high rating. I deposited 11,900 hryvnias (470$). I wasn’t the least bit afraid for my money. And rightly so! I placed a total of 20 bets with them. The balance became 21,000 hryvnias (820$). I tried to withdraw 5,000 hryvnias, but was refused and asked to go through verification. I immediately sent all the requested documents. No response followed. The next day I contacted tech support in chat. They replied that I should wait 14 days for account verification! Fine, what can you do, wait. About five days later I received a letter of the following nature
