(I stopped playing at the first cancellation) Support explained to me that apparently I had continued to play (reminder: I was playing on my deposit after submitting the withdrawal) and they reduced the bonus amount. They just grabbed the winnings I made with my own deposit. In fact the balance ended up as just the bare deposit 750 and the cancelled payout 3000. The amount is small.
