Bons Casino: during payout my bonuses were disabled and 59 USD was deducted

Over the weekend there was a promo – 50% cashback of the stake in case of a loss. I lost 10000. They credited me 5000 as a freebet, but when I tried to withdraw they disabled bonuses and accordingly deducted that amount from the bonuses. Support referred to bonus abuse, but what kind of abuse is that if I lost 10000. So by that logic you can join some promo in this casino and if you win they’ll just take your winnings. And in this case after the loss they first returned 50% and then took it away… Interesting approach, before this I had won and I guess the logic is: you lose – we let you play / you win – we’ll deduct your balance. It’s upsetting that they didn’t take the win but took the 50% for the loss
