Hello. I saw a streamer promoting a new casino, decided to make a deposit as part of the promo – you top up 2000, and then the streamer himself gives 2000 as a bonus on the site.
I sent the deposit and account details to the streamer. After that I started playing with the deposit (2000 rubles). Later I won about 4000, I requested a withdrawal, it was canceled because I hadn’t wagered, fine, I went to wager it, and at that exact moment without my knowledge the streamer credited me 2000 as a bonus. After that I couldn’t withdraw those funds, I had to wager that bonus as well (bonus with x3 wagering), all right, I started wagering it. While wagering I saw the streamer running a wheel for referrals, which I took part in and won 500 rubles, so I had to wager those too. I completed all the wagering, everything was fine, I requested a withdrawal, and then my withdrawal was canceled with the error below.
And here’s the interesting part: how am I at fault as a player on the platform? I deposited my own money, wanted to withdraw it, but without my knowledge the streamer credited me a bonus and mixed it in, and he himself apparently doesn’t even know that the rules prohibit making 2 transfers to a player! Moreover, the transfers were one: the 2000, the second was the wheel 500, how can that be considered a transfer when it was a giveaway by the streamer and not a direct transfer to the balance. What kind of system is this where none of this is enforced, why can a player receive more than 2 transfers and so on. Return my money, I wanted to withdraw the deposit, not the bonus, planning to wager the bonus later, but you couldn’t even let me withdraw from my deposit, and it’s your screw-up that bonuses get mixed with the balance. What normal player will read the project rules, which you didn’t even explain to the streamer – very important rules that you can’t make 2 “transfers”. I demand my winning money from the deposit be returned, you can deduct your worthless bonuses with your system. Thanks for understanding.

We inform you that within a single gaming day your balance was credited with several rewards from a partner influencer (streamer), specifically:
a bonus credit of 2000 rubles from the streamer;
a win of 500 rubles via the “Streamer Wheel” feature.
According to clause 2.18 of the platform rules, a player:
may receive no more than one transfer from a streamer per day;
may use the “Streamer Wheel” feature no more than once a day;
if multiple rewards from a streamer are received within a day, subsequent credits and the results of their wagering are subject to cancellation.
Credits via the “Streamer Wheel” are a form of reward from a partner influencer and are equated to a transfer from a streamer, regardless of the form of receipt (direct transfer or prize). These conditions are stated in the rules and are mandatory for all participants.
We also draw your attention to the fact that when a bonus is active, deposit and bonus funds are merged into the common balance and are subject to wagering according to the bonus terms. The rules do not provide for the option to withdraw only deposit funds while a bonus is active.
The fact that the credit was made by the streamer without your prior request does not invalidate the platform rules. Lack of knowledge of the rules, or their incomplete explanation by third parties, is not grounds for reconsideration of the decision.
The cancellation of the withdrawal and the debit of funds were carried out correctly, in full accordance with the project rules. There are no grounds for returning the funds.
