Complaint from ogurden to Casino Ra dated 12/29/17
Hello, please help me if possible to resolve a problem with withdrawing money from a casino. The problem is this: I deposited 175 rubles into the casino casino-ra.top and somehow hit a decent amount of 100000 rubles, got it up to 93000 rubles and decided to withdraw 3000 rubles. I requested the withdrawal – everything was fine, it was taken for processing, three days passed, and they returned my money back to my account. I write to them asking what’s going on, and they answer that I supposedly have an unwagered welcome bonus, but I know for sure that I didn’t take any bonus from them. I tell them this and ask them to explain what I need to do so I can withdraw the money, I ask them to describe it to me in detail, but in response there is silence. Now I have 80000 rubles in my account, I don’t know what to do, please help, I will be waiting for your reply, thanks in advance.

Having sorted things out together with the casino representative, I’m providing an explanation.
The fact is, the Casino-Ra listed in our directory has nothing to do with the resource casino-ra.top – if you go to it you can see for yourself that it’s some cheap copy with Azartplay’s design and the Kasino Ra logo. The address we list remains unchanged: casino-ra.com. The currently available mirror is linked in its review. You can go and compare, the difference is obvious.
Unfortunately, you, urden, ended up on a phishing(?) site that uses the Kasino Ra logo and a similar address, and you are not registered on the actual site. It’s not possible to contact the casino you mentioned or resolve any issues with it because there is no support at all (although various contact details are listed on the site, they do not work).
