Complaint from GoldKing to SpinBetter Casino dated 2/4/22
So, there was an official New Year raffle in the Telegram channel, and I finished in 22nd place. The point was that people were randomly given tickets to participate, the ticket cost 10 euros as a deposit. In the end I won LOFT merch, but I asked at least for an exchange for 100 free spins, which people got for lower places. Then I contacted the group’s managers and they agreed to make an equivalent, not only did they credit 50 free spins, but I was left to feel like I was at fault. A screenshot of the conversation is attached and the attitude of the Telegram group managers toward regular players is obvious.
I consider this kind of treatment of players unacceptable and I ask the administration to look into this in more detail.

I think I answered your question! And I said that free spins are better for me than merch with the casino logo. So you decided to take advantage of that and give 50 free spins. But this time you just decided to do what you wanted.
