Hello, Gizbo casino isn’t paying out money, it took 2 hours to find out the reason why the withdrawal is being rejected, because when it’s canceled it only says you need to contact support, which is what I did, but the support is a nightmare, even when messages are read they just ignore you.
They ask me to withdraw to a card because the deposit was made via SBP a long time ago, I made the deposit with Piastrix, of course I wagered that deposit, I uploaded a screenshot of my profile where you can see all the data for wallet verification, but I can’t get any help from support, since later they’re silent as I wrote above.

SBP withdrawals from 2000 only to Tinkoff, which I don’t have, other card limits don’t suit me with my balance. Once again I ask you to meet me halfway and withdraw to piastre / crypto
