Hello, I have a problem: I gave a guy from Telegram chats my account on hype casino so he could play, he deposited 10,000 rubles there, started playing and they blocked my whole network. I wrote to support, they asked for screenshots of the deposit, he sent them that, a receipt, a card statement, then they started demanding a video from another phone of the bank he used to make the deposit. He didn’t want to do that, so I messaged support myself. They asked me for the same thing – to send my receipts, the last deposit, a card statement, and also a video recorded on another device of my bank. I sent everything, and after each action I completed they invent new and new requirements. In the end they tell me again they need a video from the bank of the person who made the deposit, even though I asked them right away what to do if he doesn’t send it. Basically they keep coming up with something new all the time, can you help?
