Complaint from serjtagan to iWild Casino dated 1/10/22
Good afternoon, I requested a withdrawal of 10,500 rub on January 6 and asked where to send the documents; in the chat they said that if verification is required they will ask you by email to send the docs. On January 7 I wrote in the chat why they haven’t paid out? Exactly 24 hours had passed since I requested the withdrawal. They replied that the finance department had emailed me, although there were no emails from this casino (not even in the spam folder). I asked for the address of who handles verification and yesterday sent the documents (second screenshot), and another 24 hours have passed with neither verification completed nor the money withdrawn (it’s been stuck in processing for the second day). The chat gives the standard brush-off – wait. The casino rules say 24 hours. Please speed up the process
