Hello! I haven’t visited the complaints section for a long time…

The 200% deposit bonus was successfully wagered.

When I requested a withdrawal in the cashier it showed an average withdrawal processing time of 23 minutes if I’m not mistaken. Later the operator via chat hinted that the casino reviews withdrawals for an hour or two and then passes them to the payment system. In my case it’s already been 13 hours, the casino payouts department still hasn’t processed my request – hasn’t sent it to the payment provider (the money is stuck in the account).

So in fact instead of the promised 23 minutes or at most an hour or two for processing by the venue, more than 12 hours have already passed! And this time keeps going, even though Piastrix wallet is the most stable and fastest method. But once the casino processes and debits the funds from the account – as the operator said – the payment provider then processes up to 24 hours.

Actually the point isn’t even that, but that: the casino is dragging out the withdrawal of funds, they are not processing my request.

I’m of course surprised that in such a well-known project where I’ve been playing for many years I ran into a withdrawal delay.

the money is still in the casino.

Additional info about the following situation. At my local time 02:38 I create a withdrawal request – that’s plus 8 hours from Moscow, so in Moscow it’s 18:38.

I’m attaching a screenshot at the moment the withdrawal was created.

I went to the chat to find out how much time was left until the 24-hour period expired.

They tell me that: the 24 hours expires not at 18:38 roughly, but at about 21:38. Plus-minus a 1 minute discrepancy on my phone.

When I asked where the extra 3 hours came from.

They say that their time starts not from the moment the player creates the withdrawal request, but from the moment an operator or whoever starts processing it (which is also not true), the rules state: from the moment of initiation by the player. The English version says the same thing.

I find it unacceptable for the establishment to interpret the rules their own way, especially when they’re written clearly.

Thus from the moment the player creates the request it could be 8 hours or 15 hours, however long – whatever is convenient for them to start the formal countdown.

 

Well, that’s nonsense!

Thus the expiration of the 24-hour period was shifted from around 02:30 AM my time to roughly 06:00 AM.

The casino could have simply apologized and said, yes indeed – high load or something else, a miscalculation on our part… But not start twisting things and inventing their own rules regarding processing withdrawal requests.

Based on all of the above I ask you to process my withdrawal without waiting for the 24-hour period to expire.

You just need to be a bit more humane, like, and not delay withdrawals, and especially not invent your own rules on the fly. I provide a screenshot of the support answer regarding the time calculation of withdrawal requests.

They just made up 3 more hours out of thin air – it’s not about the three hours, it’s about the fact that they’re trying to string me along.

They’re screwing with everyone’s heads, those people!

Now they say to wait another 24 hours. Just because they felt like it!

For crying out loud, wipe their headlights already!

What the hell is this!?!?!😡😡😡, why not make the withdrawal in a year then?

The support agent wrote to me something like “verification” or what? Never heard of that before. It’s written in such a dumb way… Figure out the meaning yourself.

Absolute bastards.

I’m asking you to put pressure on them. They’re breaking their own rules
