Good day, dear 4LUCK, once again I am writing a complaint about the Kush project, which, when I tried to withdraw funds, requested yet another verification, even though my account had already been verified and I had already gone through the verification stage. At the moment, I received a message in the private messages on the project itself saying that I need to send another selfie with my passport. I sent another selfie with my passport and wrote to Kush support / chat with the question, what is even going on? And why, after 20 deposits, on the 21st deposit I won the amount I had put in during the previous deposits, but I cannot withdraw it from a verified account, which has now become unverified again for the Kush project, and in response I got the following, that the Kush security department decided to check my account again, and they noted that apparently it is not enough to just send a selfie with a passport, but a selfie with a passport and a sheet of A4 paper with my account ID and the date written on it. And it seems fine, I do not mind doing that, but in the upload window there is already a regular selfie with a passport under review, and the operators reply that they are unable to cancel the previous photo, the photo shows the date 21.06, and in an hour and a half the date will become 22.06. Dear 4LUCK, I ask you to help me go through yet another verification for the second time and speed up this process. Since I believe the project is misleading me and also dragging out the next process. I am attaching proof, please help!

Here is what is being figured out: they have canceled my verification and my photos with documents (selfies) 4 times already, coming up with different reasons, sometimes the quality is poor, sometimes the angle is wrong. They ask for a selfie with a sheet of paper, I provide it, they cancel it and ask for the same thing again, I am attaching screenshots, please help, because I understand that without your help, 4LUCK, the process will drag on for a long time. Even though I have already sent other screenshots where all the information is readable, from the passport number to any other digit, they still cancel those too, citing poor quality.

It’s already been 2 days and they still keep rejecting my selfie with my document and a piece of paper, and the one with the following details written on it: account ID, project name, and date. I wrote another email to the project security address, where they had previously assured me that I needed to wait. I’m attaching the screenshots, the issue is still not resolved!
