Kush Casino: They lie and do not close accounts for gambling addiction

I registered at this casino more than half a year ago, and almost a couple of weeks later I started asking them to block my account because of gambling addiction. I even emphasized exactly why I was asking to restrict access! After a lot of persuasion, they sent some form, and after filling it out you have to wait 7 business days, while during that time the account must remain inactive! Naturally, as a gambler, it was hard for me to hold out that long without playing. In the end, I did not log into the account for 2 weeks after sending the questionnaire (the self-exclusion form), but nothing changed. The manager eventually claimed that they do not even have such an option! Today the story continues, no one is refusing me directly, they keep persuading me, and the account is still not blocked!
