Norm Casino: first delayed the payout, then deducted the balance

Hello! I had a problem with the casino, basically the deposit never came through. They never returned it. The payment method was mobile phone top-up, I copied the number from the payment slip, paid to Beeline, but the money never arrived. Support says I supposedly entered the details wrong, even though there is literally nowhere to make a mistake there, in short, they never returned the money, but whatever…
They offered me free spins as a no-deposit bonus. I cleared the x35 wager, played regular slots, did not buy bonus buys, and never exceeded the max bet allowed on the bonus. Of course, I did not use any schemes or arbs, and neither did I use any software. I just played wherever I felt like it, there were 30 thousand on the balance, they cut it down to 6 because of the bonus restriction. I lost the rest down to 5 and requested a withdrawal.
Almost a day later the withdrawal was approved, but it still never arrived. Support said it was canceled because of an error in the payment system, and recommended I put it through another withdrawal method. OK, I put it on another card, and another day later the money was simply taken back under the pretext of violating the rules. They do not provide any details, but they accuse me of using some loopholes/bugs/software and so on. I honestly cleared the wager and did not violate any rules, but they screwed me out of the money. Again!
