After winning at roulette, I requested a withdrawal. At first they stalled the payout, said I had to go through verification even though the casino is supposedly no verification, nice and clear. Then they just stopped replying, and everything is stuck in processing. It has already been 3 days, I do not think they will pay out.
The bonuses were not used, the account is not getting verified, and they tell everyone the same thing, wait your turn, there are no exact dates.
After the 5th support request I realized it was pointless.
