Hello. I can’t access my account. It says something about bonus abuse. I wrote to their chat, their agent couldn’t explain what “bonus abuse” is. At first they wrote about abuse, then that there is a suspicion, and then they just deleted the conversation and disappeared. I also couldn’t find in their rules what counts as abuse. It turns out to be a vague concept, and if you ever took part in one of their promos they can screw you over for it at any moment. Please help in this situation and unlock my account with my honestly won money. Won not by wagering some bonuses, but with accas using my own funds in the Quiz. For more than a month I didn’t take any no-deposit bonuses or any other bonuses there, except playing the Quiz. I played 4 times, i.e. less than once a week. Is that abuse? And yes, Quiz is where I place an acca of 3 events with my personal funds. My funds, not bonus funds. So the risk of losing my money is very real. Am I right to understand that such a risky promo is considered abuse? Then what’s the point of running it? Just to have an excuse to steal my money later? And even if I had taken some other bonuses besides this Quiz, that’s not a reason to block my account. You offer these promos yourselves, and I have the right to use them. Remove them then, all of them. This is the first time I see such a circus, where a casino runs promos and then blocks accounts because of those same promos and can’t even explain what they consider abuse. Put clear definitions in the rules and stop feeding people nonsense. First abuse, then suspicion. This is pure lawlessness and fraud. First time I’ve seen such con artists.

I also want to add that at my first withdrawal they immediately requested a video conference, which I passed easily and they had no questions for me. Questions only came after a parlay hit for 24k, because of the quiz promo and me withdrawing part of the winnings from it. But I placed that parlay with my own money, not bonus funds, so they basically stole the money from it. And honestly, from what I’ve seen in complaints about them, this casino uses its own bonuses purely for selfish purposes and it feels like they give them just so they have an excuse to block an account later. As I already wrote, I don’t consider taking 4 quizzes on my own funds over more than a month to be abuse.
