Please look into the following situation: on 3.05.2025 I deposited 5k on Pinko and got another 5k as a deposit bonus. I lost the real money, then I went into the game Lucky Penny and immediately used all the bonus funds 5k to buy the time bonus – this was around 5:24-5:25 – but the bonuses didn’t play out, everything crashed, while the money was taken from the bonus account and the bonus disappeared. I re-entered later and the bonus in the game did play, it gave an amount of 2213, but that wasn’t credited to me at all. The operator keeps going on about a 2800 win that was credited at 5:19 – that was from the real balance – and after that I bought the time bonus with the bonus balance at ~5:24-5:25. So the bonus of 5000 was just burned for no reason and I got nothing credited. The operator just ends the chats, repeats the 2800 that was at 5:19, but I have no complaints about that since those were real funds; my complaint is that the bonus I bought later wasn’t credited due to your fault. Casino, give me back my bonus that was not used because of your error.
