Hello! My PF account login is login555188325. On September 01, 2025 my account was removed from the project’s bonus program, as support explained to me for “bonus hunting”. I categorically disagree with this decision, I consider it erroneous. My account was registered on September 01, 2024, during this time deposits were made totaling 7 627.76 USD. My account status is – Silver. So recently the turnover of funds on the project was more than 10 thousand euros. I am a regular and loyal player of PlayFortuna casino, I make several deposits a week and constantly play only at this casino, therefore I am subscribed to this project on all social networks, I follow the casino’s partners, watch their streams and am subscribed to them on social networks, and I also participated in many activities in the casino’s social networks. I did not receive any excessive benefit from the project’s bonuses, since withdrawals at this casino exceed deposits by less than 1 thousand USD.

Yes, I used the bonuses in the personal account that the casino offered me. I also used promo codes issued by the casino itself in its social networks, as well as in the social networks of the casino’s partners, no more. Promo codes on this project give free spins, the winnings from which are credited to a bonus account that is wagered only from the real account, so it is necessary to make deposits and play at the casino. I believe there was no abuse on my part.

All bonuses issued by the casino are given to motivate players to play at this casino, which I did regularly. I repeat that I am a loyal player of PlayFortuna so I follow all activities around this casino.

My account has been verified for a long time, I do not have multiple accounts, and I don’t think I am being accused of that either. I tried writing to the casino’s email, but there was no response.

I did not abuse the bonuses to gain a steady profit, they were merely a motivation to continue playing at your casino, nothing more.
