Today there was a cashback on pf, I played and decided to withdraw 2,500 r. I withdrew it. Half an hour later in the gifts section I saw a deposit % promo in the offer, I topped up 1,700 r, the bonus was credited, I played, cleared half of it, I already made a second deposit, and the bonus disappeared. Support says that because of the withdrawal the system automatically removed the bonus as soon as the withdrawal received final status. So I withdrew the money, after about 30-40 minutes I made a deposit for the bonus, and only after an hour did they get the final status for the cashback withdrawal – I strongly disagree with such rules and their system. Please restore the bonus and review your rules.

You can keep your bonuses with a x40 wager. And the system takes its cut by deducting bonuses. Everything’s “correct” on their end, they abuse players for no reason 😆
I still don’t agree with the bonus deduction system, they basically didn’t answer anything and just got offended. I made a deposit after the withdrawal, does the system only work one way? Well then the deposit should get final confirmation status after an hour and a half and the bonus should be active.

4) The actual withdrawal of 2500.00 RUB was carried out on 2026-04-24 03:25
5) The bonus of 510.30 RUB was removed at the time of withdrawal on 2026-04-24 03:25
