Hello. On 25.06 I requested a withdrawal of 20,000 rubles. The request is still being processed. Support replies with a template saying the problem isn’t with them but with the payment system! Why can’t they warn about such withdrawal timeframes right away??? Meanwhile they process amounts of a few thousand without problems. I believe the payment system has nothing to do with it, otherwise small amounts would also get stuck for several days!!! Please help
