Hello, so here’s the situation. I was playing slots on Play Fortune, won 100k rubles, requested a withdrawal and then it started. The site has a section for verification of someone else’s card, I topped up the account as usual with my father’s card because I don’t have bank cards myself. They asked me to send a photo of the card, I sent the deposit receipt, a photo of the card owner and I sent all that, they block my account, take the money and return the deposit. They say I broke the rules, but I made sure you can top up from a card that doesn’t belong to you and that this point is on their site.

Hello.
Verification of another person’s card is necessary for the correct refund of funds.
But for full play you must use your own personal payment accounts.
Excerpt from the rules:
8.2. You must deposit funds exclusively from accounts, systems and/or payment cards that are registered solely in your name. The Casino reserves the right to prohibit the use of cards issued in the name of a company. If the Casino detects a violation of this rule, all winnings will be returned to the Casino. A player is prohibited from transferring money to other Players’ game accounts or receiving funds from other Players’ accounts to his game account. Game accounts may not be transferred to third parties. A player is prohibited from selling, buying or otherwise disposing of his game account or another Player’s game account.

I’ve been using this card for several years, I can provide all the documents to prove it, and before making a deposit via SBP I opened the cashier and specifically checked whether it’s possible to top up from a card that isn’t mine – yes, there is an option to verify somebody else’s card – but as soon as I managed to win and it came time to withdraw funds, you immediately start to prove the opposite. Why do you have the ability to verify other people’s cards???

A representative already replied to you above: Verification of other people’s cards is needed in the case that the deposit has to be returned to them.
Every casino has strict AML rules that all payment methods must belong to you personally!
