PlayAmo deduction of winnings

The requested amount was 50k RUB, they paid out only 3k RUB, they justify this with rule item 1b, however item 1c says that bonus funds won on a cashback bonus can be withdrawn up to 500000 rubles.

1b.The maximum win obtained as a result of using any bonus or no-deposit free spins that will be paid out will be 50 EUR, 50 USD, 500 NOK, 3000 rubles, 75 CAD, 75 AUD, 200 PLN, 75 NZD, 750 ZAR, 1200 CZK. To request a withdrawal the account must have been fully verified, and the minimum deposit requirements met.

1c.The maximum win obtained as a result of a cashback bonus, comp points bonus, tournament bonus, daily deposit bonus or weekly bonus that will be paid out is 10 000 EUR / USD / CAD / AUD, 100 000 NOK, 500 000 RUB, 50 000 PLN, 17 000 ZAR, 250 000 CZK.

For 3 years I received a Wednesday bonus in the form of free spins which directly depended on the losses from the previous week, I thought this was the cashback bonus, now when it came to withdrawing funds they say these are no-deposit free spins and not a cashback bonus, on the question what then is a cashback bonus, they could not answer, they started referring to the Manager. In correspondence with a support agent he began to appeal to non-existent rules, and when asked to indicate exactly where it is written like that, he avoided answering.

I’ve been at this casino 3 years, I deposited more than 150k in August and they screwed me for 50k with a vague wording…
