PokerDom Casino: bets have not been settled since 11.06.2026 and the bonus was canceled

Hello, here’s how it was: on June 11 I saw that another email had come from Pokerdom, but this time with a 100% sports betting deposit bonus with a x5 wager from 1,000 rubles. I deposited 1,001 and on the same day bet the entire amount on a 2-match parlay with odds of 4.454 for the 2026 World Cup, Mexico – South Africa under 2.5 at 1.7 and Korea – Czech Republic, Korea to win at 2.62. The next day the entire amount from the parlay was credited to my balance and I kept betting the whole amount. In the end all the bets got stuck and they stopped crediting them. I have 7 winning bets totaling 9,261, but they have been sitting there since the 12th. Online support kept stringing me along and said I had to wait at least 48 hours after the bet won for it to be credited (it was already obvious that this was absurd). Fine, I decided to wait, and after 50 hours I write again and my request is forwarded to the department for an additional check. After the additional check I get this answer

It’s a shame you react so slowly, just 12 days, and even then thanks to Vyacheslav and the forum. I took the bonus 9261 (with no wager and no conditions, just as was said), requested a withdrawal to Piastrix, just like I made the deposit, and I hope there won’t be any more problems.
