RamenBet Casino: since 28 March 2025 they can't find my 2009 RUB deposit

Hello. Here’s the situation. I made a deposit to this casino for 2009 RUB with a 100% bonus.
In the end it didn’t arrive. I sent them the receipt and after some time they told me that there was no such deposit at all. Although when I made the deposit I checked the transaction history on the site and it was there, and then it disappeared. More than 12 hours have passed and the deposit still hasn’t arrived. They say they’re doing additional checks. They reply with templates.
After that deposit I thought I’d make a deposit on their other project called Bons while waiting for it to arrive. I made 2004 RUB and that one also didn’t arrive and similarly disappeared from the transaction history. But this time I took a screenshot before it disappeared. It’s also been about 12 hours and the deposit is gone. I will send a complaint about that deposit as well. Please help me figure this out. Thanks.
