I played out the free spins and the X60 wager from the free spins, actually spun even more. Support at shot casino doesn’t respond, there’s not even a wager progress bar showing how much I’ve played, so I had to keep track myself, now there’s 24.5K rubles in the account. Is it really that hard to withdraw the miserable 2K rubles?! I tried to request a withdrawal – a message pops up saying I haven’t cleared the wager. Pretty funny when I beat it by like one and a half times more.
And I wrote them an email, total ignore. I haven’t gotten a single reply there either. I’ll repeat myself, the bonus was more than cleared!! They’re just freezing my account like this. And back then the slots were reeeally paying out well, I didn’t exceed my stake and I also didn’t bet below 10 rubles. I did a lot of spins at 50-100 rubles each.
