I recently saw a new casino slotvibe, registered, I didn’t have much money – 2,500 rubles for a deposit, decided to take the bonus on the 1st deposit, played it through, passed verification, the deposit from my card went through without problems, the card was automatically saved for withdrawal as well. Anyway I requested a withdrawal of 46,000 rubles, it stayed pending for a day, then I got an email saying canceled. I contacted support, they say the system cancels it – try again. I try again, same story. In support I asked to withdraw to Bitcoin, making the minimum deposit to link it, they refuse and insistently offer Skrill, because for Russia in their opinion that’s the best option, and they constantly write some emojis – feels like they’re just sitting there laughing at me. I can’t imagine funding and withdrawing gaming money via Skrill! Please invite a representative and resolve my payout issue with them!
