SlotVibe Casino: won from his deposit but the casino deducted winnings of 2516 RUB
Complaint from cronos to Slot Vibe Casino dated 2/29/24
Hello.
At the beginning of January I received a personal no-deposit offer from the casino SlotVibe to my email. I activated this bonus and won the maximum allowed amount after wagering the bonus, which amounts to 50000 rub according to the casino rules.
Since there had been no deposits in this casino before and the account was not verified, I contacted the chat. They told me that I needed to upload documents and make a deposit of at least 1000 rub to verify the payment system and complete a threefold turnover of the deposit.
I made a deposit of 1061 rub and won another 2516 rub after completing the threefold turnover. I requested a withdrawal of 52516 rub. But the casino, for some reason, deducted the amount of 2516 rub from me. Although that amount was won from my own deposit and I did not touch the amount won from the no-deposit bonus.
Please return the funds in the amount of 2516 rub to the balance.
