I cleared the free spins. Cleared the wager. They wrote off everything up to 25k. I made a deposit of a thousand because before that my deposits were only from Qiwi, which I don’t have now. They cancel and demand I deposit 25k and play it through three times. I took a bonus for the second time this year. Before that the bonuses were as far back as 2022.

Yes.But the previous bonuses weren’t even played through.They show as expired.
Close the complaint.I put it all back bc this is something with something.Support said,that if I don’t roll the deposit three times and lose it,I won’t be able to withdraw the winnings from the bonus.Moreover there was 15k left on the account yet support still said,that I have to deposit 24 thousand to withdraw and of course x3)))
