Spinbetter Casino confirmation code not received by email
Complaint from Obuhova28a to SpinBetter Casino dated 6/5/23
Good afternoon, I registered on the Spinbetter casino site. I filled in all the details on 03.06 and confirmed my email – I’ll attach a screenshot from my account below. I topped up the account, spun the slots, about 70k wagered and they banned my bets, nonsense? of course nonsense! I asked support why and they answered that the Casino does this at its own discretion. It was upsetting, but fine – I wanted to withdraw my funds, and in the end I got this message: “To withdraw funds you need to fill in the mandatory fields of the verification form, confirm your phone number and E-mail in your personal account.” I remind you that I confirmed the email and phone during registration. In the end, there is no banner to send the code to the email for me, when I authorized in the mobile app the banner appeared and there was even a notification about sending the code, but it didn’t arrive!
All they advise me in support is to wait for who knows what, and to clear cookies, which I did immediately and it didn’t help. I wrote to the Security Service email, where they wrote to withdraw the funds, I described the whole problem to them twice and got the exact same reply as the first. I don’t know where to write anymore, everyone couldn’t care less about me, they don’t withdraw the money!!! And they tell me to wait, what and how long to wait is unclear, help me figure this out. I can provide all proofs!
